Home Visiting Services (HVS), formerly Enhanced Healthy Start, is a home visiting program for pregnant and parenting families with children ages 0-5 that supports families in learning how to care for their children by promoting healthy attachment and development, skill building, and creating a strong network of support. The HVS teams consist of Parent Educators and Clinical Specialists, who collaborate with families to develop goals that are strengths-based and family-centered.

Referrals are accepted for families receiving services from Child Welfare Services, Voluntary Case Management, and Family Strengthening Services. Please call to determine eligibility. (808) 326-7778 ext. 3.
